Sending Love

Hello, hello, crafty friends! I’ve got a quick and easy Ink Blot Shop card to share with you today. As you know Valentine’s Day is fast approaching and I think that this card would be perfect for giving to a loved one or friend.

For my card I used the *Sending Love stamp set by Ink Blot Shop. I stamped and clear heat embossed the large heart covered paper airplane, the ‘sending love’ sentiment, and one of the small heart images from the set to my card panel. This set is extremely versatile and could be used for a variety of projects which is something I love.

I stamped the large heart covered paper airplane image to a piece of white cardstock and carefully colored in each of the little hearts. When I was finished I stamped it once more and clear heat embossed it. I fussy cut the image out and went along the edges with a black marker.

I layered my card panel onto a piece of pink cardstock and then added this to a white A2 sized card base. I placed foam tape behind my fussy cut paper airplane and adhered it over the paper airplane image that I’d stamped onto the card panel.

I absolutely adore the way that this card turned out and I can’t wait to share all the other ideas I have for this stamp set with you.

Thank you very much for taking the time to stop by and read my post. I hope you have a beautiful day.

Until next time,

Samantha Ziegenfuss
