Hello, hello! Samantha here again with another card to share with you. I know, right? It’s almost like I’m getting good at blogging again.
For today’s card I used repeat stamping. Repeat stamping is one of my go to techniques whenever I’m in a card making slump and can’t think of any ideas.

To begin I did some simple ink blending using Peacock Feathers, Shaded Lilac, and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide inks on Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 80lb cardstock.
I trimmed my panel down to 3.25″ by 4.5″ and placed it in my MISTI stamping tool. Using the ‘thank you’ sentiment from the Clear Stamps Hello, Smile, Celebrate stamp set from Momenta and Hero Arts Intense Black ink I began stamping along the entire length of my panel; beginning at the top and moving my panel up about .5″ every time I stamped.
I layered my panel onto a piece of gray cardstock from a Spellbinders card kit that measured 3.5″ by 4.75″ and added the whole thing to a white, A2 sized card base cut from Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 110lb cardstock
Lastly I added a smattering of sequins from the fabulous Cartwright’s Sequins for an added touch of fun.
I’m quite pleased with the way that this card turned out. It just goes to show that sometimes our lack of inspiration can lead to some truly pretty cards when you apply a tried and true technique.

Until next time,
Samantha Ziegenfuss
