Hello, my friends. I hope that you are having a terrific day. Today I’m sharing my latest card that I created using the Planner Gal Kit: In the Garden stamp set by Unity Stamp Co. which you can find here.

This is the card that I made. I love, love, love it!

I began by stamping my image onto a piece of white cardstock cut to 5.25″ x 4″ using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored it in using my Spectrum Noir markers.

Next I applied a mask over the image. I recently discovered the awesomeness that is full adhesive backed Post It notes. Oh. My. Goodness. I can’t believe that I went this long without them!

After masking my image I did some very simple ink blending. First I went in around the image with Distress Ink in Mustard Seed. Next I used Abandoned Coral and then I used Picked Raspberry.

After I did my ink blending I unmasked my image and adhered the panel to a black A2 sized card base. I took a scrap of black cardstock cut to 4″ x 1″ and, using white embossing powder and Versamark Watermark ink, stamped and embossed a sentiment from the stamp set. I attached that below the image.
