Hello, everyone. Today I’d like to share my super easy CAS card with you.

To create it I started with an A2 sized base made from cardstock by Martha Stuart in Twine. I’m so happy that Michael’s is carrying her products again. This cardstock is awesome. Nice and heavy but very easy to score and fold.

Next I took a sheet of patterned paper from the Recollections Pumpkin Spice paper pad and cut it down to 4″ by 5.25″ and adhered that to the base. I really love this paper pad. It has such lovely patterns and colors.

Then I took one of the 3″ by 4″ cut aparts from the paper pad and trimmed it down to 2″ by 3.25″, layered it on top of a 2.25″ by 3.5″ mat of the Twine cardstock, and adhered that to the upper center part of the card.

After that I cut a strip of dark blue, shimmery cardstock to .25″ by 4″ and placed it about .75″ below the matted cut apart. I feel that the dark blue accents the blue of the patterned paper beautifully.

Finally I added five amber colored gems from the Bobunny Jewels Apple Cider Jewels set to give the card a little bit of bling.
