Here’s the step by step breakdown on how I made this card.
I started by adhering a 3.75″ x 5″ floral panel to a 5.5″ x 4.25″ white card baseI then cut a white panel to 4″ x 5.25″. I placed my die near the lower left sideThis is what the negative of the die left behind. Do you see that large gap?All you have to do if you get a gap like that is to make sure you don’t throw any of the negative away. See how you can just pop it right back in there? Much better!I then use this inexpensive stamp set from JoAnn Fabrics……to stamp my sentiment on the lower right side of the panel.I then flip the panel over and adhere dimensional foam squares to the back of the white panel. This will lift it up over the floral paper giving some very nice depth. Don’t forget about that extra little bit, though! And there you have it. A very clean, simple, elegant card.
I really love this look so, using the exact same technique I made this card
